Bonus Profit Pool:

If a project crosses 300% profit (based on production cost), all investors (Tier 1, 2, 3 & 4) and producers (co & part producers) receive an additional bonus share: 0.2% – 0.5% of net profit.

1. No Loans, No Interest Burden

We do not rely on loans to fund projects. Loans and interest rates eat into a producer’s profits, leaving little for the actual creators and investors. By avoiding this trap, we ensure every rupee invested works directly towards the project and its growth.

2. Know Your Project Before Investing

Every project hosted on our platform is fully documented with its concept, budget, and potential returns. Investors get to choose projects that resonate with them, with full awareness of the scope and details before committing funds.

3. 100% Direct, Clean Transactions

We operate with direct bank transfers only — no cash transactions, no black money. Both investments and returns are managed through clean, accountable banking systems.

4. Strict Project Approval Process

We accept projects only after they pass our creative, commercial, and ethical criteria. Every proposal is reviewed and approved by our Advisory Committee before being hosted on the platform.

5. Creative Club as Co-Producer

We stay actively involved as one of the main producers in every project. This allows us to responsibly manage finances, payouts, and business operations on behalf of all stakeholders.

6. Transparent Payments & Auditing

We maintain a strict transparency policy — every rupee of income, expenses, and business progress is updated daily or once in two days through our Financial Tracker. Investors and collaborators can monitor the project’s progress anytime.

7. Investor Recognition

Every Supporter, Investor, and Part-Producer is acknowledged on the Project Investor Page, with their name and invested amount — ensuring recognition for their valuable contribution.

8. First to Introduce “Part-Producers”

We pioneered the concept of Part-Producers — giving individuals the opportunity to fund specific production segments (casting, post-production, costumes, etc.) and receive high ROI (50–100%) along with credit recognition.

9. Investor-First Returns Policy

After all special talents, technicians, and studio payments are settled, we prioritize returning the principal amount to our investors first. Only after this do we process the returns and profit share. This ensures financial security and trust.

If a project achieves more than 300% profit, a portion (0.2% – 0.5%) of the excess profit is shared with all investors — an added reward for their trust and support.

11. Equal Access for All

2. How safe is my investment?

3. How and when will I get returns?

Returns are provided through direct bank transfers only. Depending on your tier, returns are processed once the project begins earning revenue from release, sales, or business deals.

4. What happens if a project doesn’t perform well?

We minimize risks by approving only well-evaluated projects and ensuring careful financial management. However, like any creative venture, risks exist. Our first priority is always to return the principal amount to investors before processing profits.

5. What is a “Part-Producer”?

A Part-Producer invests in specific production segments (like casting, post-production, costumes, equipment, etc.). This offers higher ROI (30–90%) along with producer credit recognition on the project.

6. How transparent is the process?

All investments, expenses, and earnings are tracked and reported transparently. Updates are posted daily/once in two days on our Schedule Tracker — accessible to investors and collaborators at all times.

7. Will my name be credited in the project?

Yes. All supporters, investors, and part-producers are officially acknowledged on the Project Investor Page. Depending on your investment tier, your credit may also appear in the project’s publicity material or end credits.

8. How is this different from traditional film funding?

Unlike traditional models that depend on loans or personal debts, our system avoids high-interest burdens, shady cash dealings, and unstructured management. We provide clarity, security, recognition, and fair returns.

9. Can I invest in multiple projects?

Absolutely. You can invest in as many projects as you like, across films, web series, micro-content, or documentaries.

10. Do I get access to premieres and events?

Yes. Every investor receives 1+1 tickets to project premieres, along with exclusive invites to certain events, depending on your tier.
