Refund Policy

1. Refund Triggers

• Investors cannot withdraw voluntarily mid-project.
• If a project is cancelled pre-production, investors may request a refund or reinvest in another project.
• Every project will be released in at least one format: single screen theatre, multiplex, OTT (3rd party), TV/Satellite, or Creative Club’s OTT platform.

2. Refund Provisions

• Full refund if a project doesn’t start pre-production within its designated timeline.
• Refunds are proportional to the stage of production (Pre-production, Production, Post-production, Marketing).
• Refunds will be claimed only from Jenesis Infotainment’s bank account; no other family or friends of Jenesis Infotainment can be held liable for refunds.

3. Processing Time

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 to 14 working days of approval.

4. Mode of Refund

• Refunds will only be made to the original bank account used for the investment.

5. No-Refund Cases

• No refunds if a project commercially underperforms, as all projects carry market risk.
